Ticker

Once again, I cannot live without creating another OC. This time, however, it's not a cat. Ticker is some sort of lizard-y thing, and it's a she. I really felt like drawing something in a completely different style lately, and this is what came out.
Any connections between Ticker and Mewtwo are merely coincidental. (Am I the only one that sees it like that?)
